TRAINING COURSES AND CLUBS

Times of uncertainty can take their toll on our mental health – especially as we’re being thrown out of our normal routines. The process of learning and acquiring new information and experiences, like through structured classes, can stimulate the brain and keep you healthy. The Whiteinch Centre offers a variety of Accredited Training. To find out more about how to get involved with our community learning program, email reception@whiteinchcentre.org.uk

WHAT COURSES DO WE RUN?

ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES (ESOL)

Two ESOL classes are currently run at the Centre by Glasgow Clyde College. We have a beginner class that runs from 10am until 12pm, and then an intermediate course that runs from 12:30 until 2:30pm every Wednesday. Participants get the opportunity to improve their reading, writing, speaking and listening skills guided by a qualified college lecturer.
