World No Tobacco Day

31st May 2018

Bad for your lungs, bad for your heart, bad for your stomach, your skin, your bones – your health is falling apart. Your life expectancy is low and you’re ruining the environment too, the kids are inhaling it every day – they have the same symptoms as you. You know you’re more likely to have a stroke but you continue to puff away, “you have cancer” is what the doctor will say. Your fertility has been affected and your heart is in a bad way, it’s really just a waiting game. Decide to stop today.
