1. Breathing Space
Breathing Space is a free and confidential phone service for anyone in Scotland feeling low, depressed or anxious. Phone 0800 83 85 87 (6pm to 2am, weekdays and 24 hours at the weekend). Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.
2. The Samaritans
The Samaritans offer free, confidential advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 116 123.
“We're here round the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need a response immediately, it's best to call us on the phone. This number is FREE to call. You don't have to be suicidal to call us.”
3. Glasgow Association for Mental Health

Lifelink provides a crisis intervention service for people who are self-harming and/or are at risk of suicide. Lifelink offers mental, emotional, practical and therapeutic support as close to the initial point of contact as possible. Online referrals possible. Call 0141 552 4434.

6. Turning Point Scotland
