What an amazing day!  The Whiteinch Centre was represented for the first time this year at the West End Festival on Sunday 13th June .  The weather was glorious and the atmosphere was brilliant.

The Mardi Gras classes at the Centre produced some great carnival outfits and 10 of the attendees at the classes took part in the parade.

The Centre also had a stall alongside the Get Creative group.  The group have been running since October and meet here every Thursday.  The group is open to all but spaces are limited.  Please contact Ruth at the Centre for more information.  Get Creative is a great opportunity to learn different arts and crafts and make new friends.  Sharon who set up the group and Pamela did a really good job of raising funds at the Festival by selling the group’s handmade  jewellery.
